Pineapple salsa

4 c. diced pineapple
1 small onion, chopped
1/4 cilantro, chopped
2 red cayenne peppers, chopped or 1/4 c. chopped bell pepper 
juice of 1 lime and orange,each
1 heaping tsp salt
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Keep in a fridge for a week. Great with corn chips or as accompaniment to grilled meats.
